Who’s At the Final Table At the Aussie Millions ?

The prestigious Aussie Millions tournament is currently being played. One of the players at the final table is a well known name. Many, if not all poker fans, have heard of Annette Obrestad. She is a notable pro who has had a lot of success. She had a huge win in 2007, when she played her way to a World Series of Poker Europe’s 2007 Main Event championship. Her push for the title won’t be an easy one as she faces notable competition, including Sorel Mizzi and Peter Jetten.

 
This event started out with 746 competitors and now only 8 players remaining. They are all fighting for the top prize of $2 million. Even those who aren’t fortunate enough to win the big prize will take home  at least $75,000.  The final table chip count leader is Sorel Mizzi (6,033,000). Here is a list of the chip counts of the other competitors, Stephen Shelley (991,000), Annette Obrestad (1,349,000), Tyron Krost (1,869,000), Frederik Jensen (1,754,000), Kosta Varoxis (635, 000), Peter Jetten (1,700,000) and Steven Friedlander (694,000).
