Face Up 21 is a version of blackjack where both the cards of the dealers are visible. Just like the regular game of blackjack, the goal here is to get to the total of 21 without actually going over. You can then double if the total of your first two cards would add up to 9, 10 or 11. This would hold true even in the case of a split.
The player would win if he hits the blackjack and the dealer would win if he gets a total of 17.
