Hollywood Actor Kevin Hart Partners With PokerStars

Kevin Hart, American actor and comedian, announced the new partnership with PokerStars, the world’s largest online poker room.
The news were announced at a press conference held at the PokerStars Championship, where the new partners explained their goal was to make poker fun again. Hart was in the company of Daniel Negreanu, a Canadian professional poker player and six-time World Series of Poker winner and two-time World Poker Tour champion.
They answered questions from the media, while Hart was especially delighted with the new business deal.
Hart explained he was in love with the game, and believed his presence would help PokerStars to take the game to the next level. 38-year old Philadelphia-born actor and comedian said he wanted to help Negreanu to maintain his high-profile performance.
In his opinion, poker is a game for everyone, no matter their race or colour – a game that allows the players to be who they are. The game is at the same time both entertaining and serious, bringing people closer and closer together.
Daniel Negreanu said he loved the idea of working closely with Hart, since he shared his views on making the game fun again. He stated that Hart’s presence would bring a new and completely different vibe.
It will definitely take a lot of skills to stay focused on the game and not to laugh when in Hart’s company, so Negreanu will have to prepare his best poker face. Even Kevin himself admitted that.
Hart And His Poker Experience
Hart said he had been playing poker for a full decade, enjoying the fact the game kept him out of trouble during all those years. Apart from Negreanu, he said his favourite poker players were Dan Colman and Igor Kurganov
Although Hart might not be as famous as Rafael Nadal or Cristiano Ronaldo, some of the PokerStars’ previous signings, many agree he would promote the game on a more personal level with the whole relationship being utterly different.
This is what these types of promotions require. As Hart said, people weren’t a walking advertising billboards or NASCAR racing cars. There has to be a deeper personal involvement in the whole business.
