Mr Green is the Official Casino Partner of Celtic FC

Swedish gambling company Mr Green has signed a two-year partnership agreement with one of the most popular football clubs in Scotland, Glasgow-based Celtic FC.

Under the provisions of the new deal, Mr Green will become the club’s official casino partner.

What Does the Partnership Bring?

In addition, the Sweden-based developer will release a Celtic-themed video slot based, which will feature club legends and current stars of the team. According to available information, the new game will hit the market in early 2018. Mr Green punters will have the chance to win tickets to Celtic games during the season, with a full VIP experience which includes a visit to the club’s training ground.

Although this is Mr Green’s first partnership in Scotland, the company has already worked with the English football club Wigan Athletic and Irish side Bohemian FC.

Mr Green’s Chief Executive Officer, Jesper Karrbrink said the company was looking forward to working with such a prestigious club with one of the biggest and strongest fan bases in the world. Karrbrink stated he was impressed with the continuous high performance by the club, and added Celtic FC was the perfect partner for Mr Green, especially since the club’s colors were green.

Celtic won its 48th title this year – the sixth one in a row, finishing the 2016/17 season unbeaten in 47 games. The club managed to grab the domestic treble by winning Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup.

2017 has been a special year for Celtic since the club celebrated half a century since lifting the European Cup trophy. The famous Lisbon final was played against Internazionale in front of 45.000 spectators at the Estadio Nacional, and Celtic won after a 2-1 thriller.
