Quickspin Announces the Launch of Quickspin Festival, Its First Tournament of the Year
- April 17, 2019 By Oliver Young -
After enhancing its games with the outstanding gamification tool Challenges, introduced last December, Quickspin is ready to launch its first tournament of the year, the Quickspin Festival. The Stockholm-based slots specialist will launch its Quickspin Festival at the end of May.
The Quickspin Festival
The Quickspin Festival is a network tournament which will offer players a chance to participate in both the Quickspin Challenges and the Quickspin Tournaments gamification tools, by playing Quickspin’s incredible slots Sakura Fortune, Sticky Bandits and Big Bad Wolf, as well as the most recent slot releases Tiger’s Glory and Eastern Emeralds.
The tournament’s prize pool will include a total win of €50,000, divided into a €10,000 raffle on Quickspin Challenges and a €40,000 raffle on Tournaments, sponsored by the developer itself. The Festival will take place from the 28th of May, Tuesday, until the 2nd of June, Sunday, 2019. Plenty of online casino operators will have the chance to offer their players the chance to participate in the tournament. They will need to run at least 3 Challenges of their choice during the second quarter of the year, and before the Festival starts, the Challenges they’ve chosen must be set up in the UBO.
Past Quickspin Tournaments have been proven really successful with operators. For instance, Betsson’s casino that operates in the Swedish market had a 6-fold increase in revenue and game win when it had run a Quickspin Tournament, and another operator had doubled its GGR for the month, compared with the same period the month before.
Quickspin’s Chief Commercial Officer Paul Myatt commented that after launching the first gamification tool Tournaments at the end of summer last year, they ran their first ever network tournament and the results were incredible. Since then, Tournaments is even better, but Quickspin has launched another gamification tool at the end of winter, Challenges. So they are now happy to announce to have combined the two tools since they have proved to add value for Quickspin, operators and above all, their fans and players. By sponsoring the Quickspin Festival, Myatt said, they would like to celebrate the success of the two gamification tools.
